Steps to Submit a DMCA Request
1. Verify Your Claim
Before submitting a DMCA request, ensure that the material you are concerned about is indeed copyrighted content that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Prepare Your DMCA Notice

A Statement of Good Faith
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A Statement of Accuracy
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Your Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Submit Your DMCA Request

Please ensure that your notice is complete and accurate to avoid delays in processing your request. We will review the information provided and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
If we remove or disable access to material based on a DMCA notice, the alleged infringer may respond with a counter-notification. In such cases, we will notify you before any restored material is made available.
